As the Chief F&B Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth across multiple dining and beverage locations within the precinct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all bars, ensuring exceptional venue performance, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Promote a collaborative culture within the teams, focusing on achieving business priorities and innovative product development.
  • Leverage effective FOH people practices to attract and lead key talent.
  • Develop revenue generation strategies to drive financial growth.
  • Foster guest engagement and recognition, including VIPs and regular patrons.
  • Ensure effective financial management, monitoring costs (COGS, Labour, CWD, stocktakes) and meeting sales budgets and profit expectations.
  • Cultivate supplier relations, evaluate compliance with contractual agreements, and develop product acquisition and brand partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role within the hospitality industry, managing multiple venues with an F&B focus.
  • A proven people leader with experience leading teams of varying sizes.
  • A beverage professional with extensive knowledge of various products.
  • A strong operator who excels at delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
