Conference Logistics Manager
Job Description:The Conference Logistics Manager is responsible for leading and managing the conference logistics team, ensuring flawless delivery of all programs. This includes project management, communication and collaboration across internal teams, venue management, and supplier negotiation.
Key responsibilities include leadership and execution of regional conferences, project management, communication and collaboration, venue management, supplier negotiation, and partner engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in events or conferences preferred.
- 10+ years of event/conference management experience.
- Experience managing teams and large commercial events.
- Proven budget management abilities and experience working in complex multi-layered environments.
- Strong leadership, project management, financial management, and communication skills.
