Event Specialist Role

This position involves coordinating and managing the entire process of planning and executing successful hybrid conferences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee all aspects of event planning, including research, marketing, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver seamless events while project managing each project independently.
  • Lead in-depth market research to identify future conference topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field is required.
  • 1-2 years experience in event planning, coordination, and management is desirable.
  • Prior experience conducting market research or demonstrated ability to research and analyse current affairs.
  • Curiosity and interest in current affairs is essential.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade key decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Organisational and time management skills are crucial.
