Reservations Team Lead

We are currently seeking a Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring all bookings are managed efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing multi-stakeholder relationships within complex environments.
A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration or equivalent is required, along with a proven track record of achievement and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Reservations team
- Develop and train team members while promoting IHG products and services
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office and Commercial teams to achieve key business targets and overall hotel goals
