Cluster Reservations Leadership Role

Deliver seamless booking experiences and drive revenue performance in a fast-paced cluster environment.


Join us as a Cluster Reservations Manager where you will lead by example, empowering your team to succeed in their roles. This is an opportunity to develop and implement training programs that ensure team members excel in their positions.


  • Lead and motivate the Cluster Reservations team to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Develop and oversee training programs to support team success.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and maximising upselling potential.
  • Manage reservations operations for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy of bookings and billing instructions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Events and Operations teams to deliver smooth guest experiences.
  • Monitor daily arrivals and waitlists to optimise occupancy and revenue.
  • Review and analyse reservation data to support business planning.
  • Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism.


Requirements

This role requires proven leadership experience in reservations, sales or front office within hospitality.


  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Commercially focused with a strong understanding of revenue management and market trends.
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Driven, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
