  • Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience in Opera and hotel operations.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Responsibilities Include:
  • Verifying availability of room type and rate.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodating and documenting special requests.
  • Troubleshoot guest issues and concerns.

Supervisory Expectations:

  • Set-up proper billing accounts according to Accounting policies.
  • Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests.
