Nursing Unit Manager Intensive Care

This senior leadership role oversees patient care delivery in an intensive care setting. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for managing multiple priorities and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Lead the nursing and multi-disciplinary team at the ward or unit level, coordinating their efforts to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and manage business functions and processes at the ward or unit level.
  • Bring extensive nursing/midwifery experience and knowledge to this challenging role.
  • Put patients at the centre of service delivery.
  • Display professional integrity, ethical conduct, accountability, advocacy, and a willingness to enable others.
