Senior Emergency Nursing Leader

Are you a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse seeking a challenging leadership role in a dynamic emergency department? We are looking for an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Unit Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing the delivery of high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. They will also be responsible for monitoring and managing the business and management functions and processes of the ward or unit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered nurse with postgraduate qualification in leadership/management, or willingness to work towards it, to take on a senior leadership role and contribute to shaping the future of emergency nursing services.
- Lead and direct a multidisciplinary team of nurses and allied health professionals in delivering safe, effective and efficient care to patients.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and strategies that promote excellence in emergency nursing practice.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes, develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, and provide guidance and support to staff members.

Key qualifications and skills include:
- Current NMBA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
