The role of an After Hours Nurse Manager involves leading a team of nurses and midwives to deliver exceptional health outcomes for vulnerable communities in NSW. This position offers a meaningful career change with the benefits of country living.
Effective service delivery, culture and service improvements, sustainable access and collaboration in healthcare are key responsibilities of this position. The nurse manager will be responsible for managing a vibrant team to achieve health outcomes for remote communities.
