This senior leadership position leads nursing teams, ensures effective collaboration between healthcare professionals, and is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment within the unit.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in nursing/midwifery and knowledge, with a strong focus on patient-centered care. They will demonstrate professional integrity, ethical conduct, accountability, advocacy, enabling others, and collaborative relationships with colleagues.
