Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Current Nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Appropriate qualifications in management from Post Graduate to tertiary level with five years full-time equivalent post-qualification experience in the relevant field
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including conflict resolution, mediation, negotiation and strategic planning
  • Proven ability to function effectively as part of a senior management team
  • Broad clinical experience and operational management expertise at a senior level within a healthcare environment
