Northern Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Community Therapy team. As a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential support and services to patients in the community.

The successful candidate will have experience working with clients in community settings and a strong understanding of community health programs such as CHSP and NDIS. You will also be passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care and committed to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in the community, including home and community care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments and interventions to support patients' independence and well-being
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working in community health settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
