About the Role

As the Quality & Risk Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, ensuring that E4 Recruitment maintains the highest industry standards. Working closely with our Operations Manager, Directors, and recruitment teams, you'll develop effective quality frameworks, identify risks, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement quality frameworks and risk management strategies across the business.">
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure service delivery meets Aged Care, hospital, and Nursing standards.">
  • Lead the Quality & Compliance Team to proactively address risks and maintain high performance.">
  • Manage audits and work with external stakeholders to uphold governance requirements.">
  • Provide strategic advice to management on operational risks and incident management.">
  • Monitor key quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.">
  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and healthcare workers.">
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external bodies.">
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture and support innovation within the business.">

Requirements

">
  • Proven experience in Quality, Risk, or Governance Management, ideally within healthcare or recruitment.">
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and WHS legislation.">
  • Understanding of nursing qualifications and registration requirements across Australia.">
  • Experience leading teams and managing audits or regulatory processes.">
  • Ability to communicate complex requirements effectively to different stakeholders.">
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.">
