Procurement Opportunity
A key role has been established in the development of a group-wide procurement operating model, supporting two priority capability builds: digital enablement of the procurement operating model and a supplier management framework.
The Strategic Procurement Leader will lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiation, driving value optimization through effective management of suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Value Management: Develop and drive adoption of a supplier management framework, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish Core Building Blocks: Manage suppliers through segmentation, policy, procedure, and technology.
- Procurement Technology Management: Establish data models for suppliers and categories, designing analytics dashboards for spend, supplier performance, commercial, risk KPIs, sustainability, and business-specific focuses.
- Commercial Management: Deliver best-value commercial outcomes from supplier engagement.
About You
You are a highly commercial procurement leader with an enterprise-wide view, motivated by shaping end-to-end procurement in Dexus. You bring balanced speed and agility, ensuring correct controls are in place. As a natural relationship builder, you possess sound stakeholder influence and management ability.

- Strong understanding and experience in procurement.
