About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead best-practice interventions for Aboriginal young people and contribute to driving positive change in the criminal justice system.

  • Develop and implement culturally safe programs that promote positive outcomes for Aboriginal youth in community and custody settings.
  • Promote the reinstatement of Aboriginal Case Management Review Panels as part of a broader strategy to address the overrepresentation of Aboriginal young people in the Youth Justice system.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the state to enhance cultural practice and capability within the organization.
