">The role of the Senior Case Worker is to provide advocacy, referrals and support to individuals experiencing family violence. This involves building strong relationships with various services to ensure coordinated support.

- Providing culturally safe and trauma-informed support to families impacted by family violence.">
- Managing complex cases, conducting assessments and safety planning.">
- Mentoring staff and providing outreach and psychoeducation.">
- Accurate record-keeping, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of referrals and legal support.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- ">
- Tertiary education in Social Work or an equivalent qualification.">
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field.">
- Sound knowledge of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 and Information Sharing and Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Framework (MARAM).">
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children's Check for paid employees.">
- Current COVID-19 vaccination.">
