Culturally Safe Healthcare Specialist

Delivering culturally safe primary healthcare is at the forefront of this exciting role. As an Aboriginal Health Worker, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients within correctional settings.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant health qualifications, such as a Certificate III or IV in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care, and have experience in delivering culturally sensitive healthcare services. Responsibilities include conducting primary health assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating effectively with other health professionals.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
