About the Role:- Lead the day-to-day operations of Murran
- Manage a small, dedicated team
- Activate and maintain a welcoming space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Build relationships with customers, creatives, businesses, and partners
- Champion the values of self-determination, cultural integrity, and community voice
- Develop and implement strategies to nurture economic prosperity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Murran's continued growth and success
- Oversee budgets, systems, and resources to achieve optimal results
- Foster strong relationships with the CEO and broader Ngarrimili team
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background
- Experience in managing community or creative spaces, or place-based programs
- Values-driven leadership with strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with community and stakeholders
A dynamic and supportive work environment that promotes cultural safety and collaboration
