Technical Services Manager

This is a key leadership role that requires overseeing the technical service operations for light trucks and LCVs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering face-to-face and virtual training for dealer technicians, developing and updating training content, providing in-field technical support, and collaborating with OEMs to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for dealer technicians
  • Provide expert technical support to dealerships and customers
  • Collaborate with OEMs to ensure alignment of technical services with their requirements

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience as a technical trainer or senior technician in light commercial vehicles. You should hold a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent). Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's licence.
