Job Description:

The IT Support Specialist plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance to internal stakeholders. As a single point of contact, this individual is responsible for providing timely and effective support for both IT and non-IT queries.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to requests and queries through various communication channels.
  • Monitoring and assigning tickets according to the weekly schedule.
  • Providing end-user support for hardware and software, diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
  • Utilizing available knowledge bases to research and resolve complex issues.
  • Documenting and logging all reported issues to maintain accurate records.
  • Resolving desktop issues via tickets or email, prioritizing timely closure and meeting SLAs.
  • Configuring and setting up desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals for local support.
  • Working within a 24/7 environment on a shift basis, adapting to changing circumstances.
