
Expert Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview:
The position of Service Technical Specialist is designed to provide expert technical support and coordination of technical activities at a national level.
This role will primarily focus on supporting local customers through installation, servicing, and breakdown support. Additionally, the specialist will provide remote support and travel to other locations to assist with emergency breakdowns and installations.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Support customers with product queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of training programs to improve product knowledge among employees
- Evaluate and address quality issues promptly
Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience working with similar products or systems
- Excellent understanding of technical processes and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
