We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and submission of high-stakes bids. As a Bid Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase our organization's value proposition.

  • Drive the bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to submission
  • Conduct kick-off meetings, allocate resources, and manage progress
  • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to deliver cohesive proposals
  • Develop commercial strategies, including cost models and pricing
  • Prepare bid documentation, ensuring clarity, compliance, and impact
  • Manage governance and approvals, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Support negotiations by preparing risk assessments and contract schedules
Requirements
  • Significant experience in solution sales or large-scale bid management
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for distilling complexity into clarity
  • Familiarity with proposal management systems and tools
  • Commercial acumen and creativity to design bids that balance customer needs and organizational goals
  • The ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, bringing confidence and clarity to complex challenges
  • A reputation for building strong relationships and influencing at all levels
