The role of the APJC Sales Operations Manager is to provide strategic support to our rapidly growing sales organization in the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China region. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and cross-functional partnership skills to drive operational excellence and enable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight and optimization of sales operations processes and go-to-market strategy across APJC.
- Support for annual planning, quota setting, territory design, and resource allocation for the APJC sales team.
- Partnership with cross-functional teams to identify business trends, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making.
- Delivery of regular and ad-hoc reporting on key business drivers and regional performance; recommendation of actions based on data-driven insights.
- Initiation of initiatives that enhance sales productivity, efficiency, and data accuracy in Salesforce and other tools.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Business Management, or a related analytical role.
- 2+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to coach and develop team members.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (Admin experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics, sales processes, and key revenue drivers.
