Growth Strategy Lead for AP

We're seeking a skilled professional to act as point person in Asia Pacific to coordinate between teams and external stakeholders to identify, scope, and staff consulting engagements. This individual will use regional nuances to build out, refine, and own the Economics Practice segment and product go-to-market strategy in coordination with global practice lead.

The successful candidate will engage in broader business development in Asia Pacific for Consulting, Insight & Analytics and Consulting & Innovation teams by joining key client meetings, developing and/or localizing MEI collateral, and informing marketing campaigns. They will also evaluate delivery excellence in coordination with regional Economics Practice lead, including but not limited to: sourcing and developing local talent pipeline; participating in project deliveries and providing feedback; and identifying client use case nuances or unmet needs.

This role requires collaboration with MEI and business/product owners to develop and deliver on new services for Asia Pacific (size the market, scope requirements, address customer and product needs). Additionally, the partner will work with Head of Commercialization Strategy on group build out including infrastructure and strategy.

  • You have a successful track record driving results from within a matrixed organization.
  • You possess deep experience with commercial pipeline management and trade-offs.
  • You approach project management with a methodical mindset, handling both revenue-gen and internal work effectively.
  • You are familiar with the field of global economics consulting and data products.
  • You have demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and timelines effectively and handle evolving situations fluidly.
  • You show enthusiasm for talent management and development, owning regional project pipelines responsible for recommending staffing plans and securing team resources against production calendars and commitments.
  • You are open to new ideas, approaches, challenges and environments.
  • You possess strong stakeholder management skills necessary for prioritization, development and deployment of new offerings within Mastercard, as well as project execution with Mastercard's target audience of senior business leaders.
