Lead Asia Pacific Sales Executive

This position offers a high-impact opportunity to spearhead sales strategy, customer relationships, and revenue growth across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive top-line revenue by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers.
  2. Build and manage a team of highly skilled sales professionals in the APAC region to own the end-to-end sales process and execute the company's Go-To-Market strategy.
  3. Promote the company's vision and product portfolio, understand customer technical requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product direction.
  4. Foster strong relationships with prospects and strategic customers to close deals, partnering with other teams to enhance go-to-market efforts.
  5. Maintain operational excellence through CRM hygiene, business integrity, and forecasting accuracy.
  6. Drive regional demand generation by aligning cross-functional efforts spanning Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales.
  7. Mentor and coach the sales team to improve seller effectiveness and win rates.
  8. Implement strategies to unlock channel-sales growth and drive third-party lead generation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience overseeing a Sales/Business Development function.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performing sales teams, delivering exceptional growth outcomes, and achieving strategic wins with key customers.
  • Signed track record of growing, scaling and transforming sales teams to unlock next level productivity.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and solve problems across diverse teams to deliver shared goals.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to represent effectively, with a track record of building strong relationships and networks.
  • Ability to think creatively, present new proposals, influence outcomes, and work independently and collaboratively to deliver results in demanding situations.
