Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct and coordinate day-to-day operations across front of house and service functions.

- Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost controls to meet operational and financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, such as liquor licensing, food safety, workplace health and safety.

- Proven ability to manage budgets, stock, and cost controls.
