We are seeking seasoned hospitality professionals to oversee the operational management of high-profile venues across Sydney.

About the Role:

As a Group Operations Manager, General Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or similar, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of hospitality businesses with expertise in staff shift allocation, opening new venues, operations management, staff hiring and training.
  • Maintaining impeccable quality, safety and service standards.
  • Effectively managing logistics, stocks, staff rotations and costings.
  • Hiring, leading and training dynamic teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues promptly.
  • Maximising income generation for the business through strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid work authorisation in Australia.
  • Experience with business-level tasks and operations management.
  • The right attitude, flexibility, problem-solving skills and teamwork to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality, safety and service standards.
  • The ability to utilise computers for reports, documents and systems.
