Hospitality Business Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Venue Manager in successfully operating a multimillion dollar business.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences on a day-to-day basis by implementing venue operations and driving growth through your own initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar hospitality management position, ideally with a strong understanding of food, bars, and gaming operations.
You will also require operational experience to effectively assist the Venue Manager in achieving financial and business targets, as well as highly developed understanding and ability to deliver on guest expectations and experiences in line with the venues visions and goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Operational experience in food, bars, and gaming operations
- Ability to deliver on guest expectations and experiences
