Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, including greeting and registering owners and guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and registering owners and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing information on local area attractions and services
  • Managing guest issues and resolving any problems that may arise
  • Leading a team to promote high levels of customer service and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
