Senior Hospitality Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our gaming and bar venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the gaming and bar venue, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Strategically manage Food & Beverage, Gaming, Keno, Sporting Action, and Entertainment functions.
  • Analyze and optimize venue performance, including financials and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with local clients and hotel guests, driving repeat business and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming and liquor regulations, maintaining a professional and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to promote bar and dining options, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in a similar hospitality setting, including gaming operations.
  • Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance, with expertise in running a venue professionally.
  • RMLV, RSA, RSG, CLO Certificate, Approved Manager's Licence, and Gaming Nominee Licence.
  • Familiarity with Micros Symphony POS system or similar technology.
  • Leadership skills, with ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship management abilities.
  • Professional presentation, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
