Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front office team and manage daily operations.
  • Foster a positive work culture through effective leadership, collaboration, and team development.
  • Closing the loop on guest feedback requires critical thinking and strong connections with guests.
  • Ensure that all front desk tasks and expectations are clearly communicated, actioned, and completed.
  • Drive positive guest experiences individually and across the team.
  • Manage payroll financials and maintain building presentation in conjunction with Hotel Management.
  • Adhere to Meriton Suites standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the hotel in the absence of Hotel Management.
Requirements:
  • Currently employed as a Duty Manager or Assistant Manager looking to take the next step.
  • Experience in 4/5-star hotels is essential.
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent guest service and exceeding expectations.
  • Understanding the importance of building a culture around respect and inclusion.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct and present yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
