Job Overview
Qantas Loyalty is a leader in the financial services industry, partnering with major banks and challenger brands to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team, responsible for managing a portfolio of financial services partners and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' experience in the financial services industry, strong commercial negotiation skills, and the ability to influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across cards and non-cards products

  • Lead commercial negotiations with partners, including contract execution and stakeholder management
    \
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and develop business cases for potential partner agreements
    \
  • Monitor progress against business metrics and provide performance updates to stakeholders
Requirements
  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.)

  • 5-10 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a leadership or commercial role

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and proven ability to influence business outcomes

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners
