Job Title: Asset Analyst

Asset Analyst is a critical role within our organization. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and maintain asset registry frameworks, ensuring data integrity and delivering high-value management reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial asset management, with a proven ability to manage large and unstructured data sets. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and improve the asset registry framework and records.
  • Enhance the asset register to deliver meaningful, high-value management reporting.
  • Extract and interrogate data from asset systems to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Asset team to ensure accurate data collection and entry.
  • Deliver monthly KPI reports and support internal/external stakeholders via phone.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on lifecycle costing, asset costs vs maintenance, budgets, and trend analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or similar; or Diploma/Cert IV in Management/Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial asset management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage large and unstructured data sets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and risk evaluation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience in mechanical equipment management, leasing, or operations (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer account management skills.
  • Full Australian working rights.
