Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. This role will provide key stakeholders and finance with tailored, strategic advice, business case support and performance reporting that enables the financial success of our online business and facilitates factory-to-customer transformation.

About the Role:
  • Provide business partnering, financial modelling and business case support on project investment requests to key stakeholders for the supply chain business.
  • Assist in projects and analysis and contribute to value-add projects on day-to-day duties and processes.
  • Analyse financial data and results to educate Supply Chain business on the levers of success and opportunities to improve profitability to inform strategic decision making.
  • Delivery of monthly supply chain performance reporting, metrics submissions and commentary for the Board & EGM.
  • Manage and collaborate with key stakeholders to build detailed budgets and forecasts for the Supply Chain portfolio.
  • Present monthly results and forecasts to key stakeholders, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in a Finance commercial or business partnering role.
  • CA or CPA qualified or similar qualification.
  • Previous experience in Retail, FMCG, eCommerce, logistics or a diversified sector is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills with previous experience working with large data sets.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to establish a deep understanding of any business problem being analysed.
  • A positive approach to challenge and change with the ability to be agile and adaptable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
