Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our team as Chief Finance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our organisation by ensuring its financial sustainability and commercial capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive financial growth and operational excellence
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide financial guidance and insights

Our Organisation: We provide services across Victoria for adults and young people experiencing alcohol and other drug harms, family violence, mental health challenges, and social disadvantage. Our Model of Care puts clients at the centre of what we do to create positive change in people's lives.

About You

You will lead the finance function with strategic foresight and operational depth. This includes overseeing financial planning, payroll, property, and IT functions, driving efficiency, and accountability. You will build high-performing teams, develop clear structures, and implement digital solutions.
