Job Opportunity

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to support the Finance Transformation service offering.

The role involves providing technical expertise on finance processes, systems, and operations to deliver efficiency, insight, and value to clients' businesses.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement target operating models for clients in Australia's leading organizations
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of Finance Transformation engagements
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance decision-making and alignment of financial functions with business objectives
  • Broaden experience working with different clients and undertake challenging work harnessing leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting, ideally in a consulting environment
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
  • Core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience
  • Working knowledge of ERP/EPM system concepts and general module functionality
  • Understanding of major phases of ERP implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a client-ready quality level
  • Ability to Travel as required
