As a key member of our organisation's Financial Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change and delivering high-quality financial insights.

About the Role
  • You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to provide expert financial advice and support the development of short and long-term strategies.
  • With your expertise, you will track performance against key objectives and provide commercial insights to inform business decisions.
  • You will be responsible for partnering with various teams to deliver timely financial advice aligned to organisational goals.
  • As a self-motivated individual, you will contribute independently to management reporting and financial results for assigned business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support month-end activities, including profit and loss and balance sheet management, manual adjustments, and reporting packs.
  • Assist with financial modelling and analysis to shape strategic initiatives and track performance.
  • Utilise technical expertise and critical thinking to provide commercial insights and recommendations for business cases.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver timely financial advice aligned to organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • A CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable, along with a degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance management, including both management accounting and technical accounting, is essential.
  • A commitment to building leadership skills and capabilities is also important.
