Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for technology, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deliver high-quality financial reports, budgets, and forecasts that provide clear insights into business performance.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner across the organization, providing expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
  • Evaluate business initiatives and develop compelling business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Support long-term planning and strategic goal-setting, including governance tracking of key business KPIs and financial objectives.
  • Lead and develop high-performing team members, supporting their career development and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in a commercial finance manager or finance business partner role, specifically partnering with technology.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or CFA).
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering insights that contribute to business success.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
