Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee financial reporting, tax, and compliance, working closely with the existing team and external support.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage risk, ensure robust internal controls, and support compliance initiatives.
  • Optimise cash flow and working capital strategies, partnering with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Advise the CEO and Board on financial and commercial matters, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Represent the organisation to external stakeholders, promoting a positive image and reputation.
