Established construction professionals are invited to apply for a challenging role leading multiple high voltage substation projects across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management and supervision, with a strong background in civil, structural, and electrical works for major energy infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the tender phase, providing constructability input and contributing to planning and cost estimates.
  • Transitioning into on-site leadership during project delivery, managing all construction activities across multiple HV substation projects.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet milestones.
  • Driving a strong health and safety culture, embedding safety and environmental awareness into all operations.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery.

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years' experience in construction management/supervision, with proven expertise in high voltage substations (135, 330, 500kV).
  • Diploma or trade qualification (engineering degree highly regarded).
  • Construction White/Blue Card and current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Leadership skills in both tender development and on-site project execution.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety and quality management systems.
