Project Lead Job Opportunity

This position entails overseeing high-voltage substation projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Manage all project phases, guaranteeing smooth transitions from planning to execution and closeout.
  • Substation Expertise: Possess extensive experience in high-voltage substation projects, particularly within the 33kV–330kV range.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring project requirements are met.
  • Team and Resource Allocation: Lead multidisciplinary teams and effectively allocate resources to achieve high-quality outcomes on schedule.
  • Cost and Safety Oversight: Maintain strict cost control and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Innovative Project Implementation: Collaborate with the Construction Manager to implement innovative engineering solutions and guide key project directions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in high-voltage substation project management (132kV+) is essential, along with leadership and team management skills.
