Global Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our global marketing strategy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives across global markets. This role requires a results-driven individual with a deep understanding of B2B marketing in industrial manufacturing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute global and regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and geographies.
  • Product Marketing: Launch new products with compelling messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
  • Trade Shows & Events: Plan and manage international trade show participation and industry events.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor marketing KPIs and report on ROI, campaign performance, and lead quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial or B2B manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in capital equipment, automation, or engineered solutions.
  • Familiarity with industrial customer segments such as OEMs, integrators, and distributors.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and across time zones.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (10–20%).
