The role of a Marketing Specialist is pivotal in driving the success of our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and leading marketing materials, proposals, and qualifications under general supervision to ensure compliance with client deadlines and quality expectations.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a hybrid setup from one of our offices, involving three days of office work per week.
Key Responsibilities- Leads and prepares routine to moderately complex proposals and qualification packages by synthesizing and interpreting requirements and proposal submission instructions from RFPs.
- Assists in formulating pursuit strategy and development of content and marketing materials.
- Develops proposal and/or technical writing instructions and actions for technical pursuit members.
- Reviews, edits, and re-writes or re-messages content developed by technical practitioners.
- Leads client presentation preparation and coordination.
- Works closely with graphic designers, subject matter experts, and other technical staff to produce compliant, on-time, differentiating proposals.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality.
- Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
- 2-4 years of proposal, writing, or marketing experience in the professional services industry (AEC preferred).
- BA/BS in Marketing, English, Communications, or related discipline.
