
Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is expected to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across global markets. This role requires a results-driven professional with deep understanding of B2B marketing in industrial manufacturing. The Marketing Manager will develop and manage brand strategies, product marketing, digital presence, and lead-generation efforts to support global growth objectives, working closely with Corporate Headquarters in Italy.
Core Responsibilities- Essential Job Functions
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute global and regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market segmentation and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management, R&D) to drive go-to-market initiatives.
- Brand Management:
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and geographies.
Lead development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, and trade show assets.
Optimize website content and structure for global audiences.
Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
- Product Marketing:
Launch new products with compelling messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
Develop and maintain sales enablement tools to support global sales teams.
- Trade Shows & Events:
Plan and manage international trade show participation and industry events.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure effective local execution.
- Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor marketing KPIs and report on ROI, campaign performance, and lead quality.
Adjust tactics based on data insights and market feedback.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial or B2B manufacturing environments.
- Experience in capital equipment, automation, or engineered solutions
- Familiarity with industrial customer segments such as OEMs, integrators, and distributors
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones.
- Willingness to travel internationally (10–20%).
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
