About the Role
  • Responsibilities: Respond to customer requests for products, services, and company information.
  • Manage high-value transactions accurately, handling cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS payments.
  • Answer customer telephone calls and emails promptly to avoid on-hold wait times.
  • Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a customer service officer or administrator.
  • Professional, resilient, and confident with a customer service delivery focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite.
