Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team in Parramatta. As a key member of our Victims Services team, you will provide service and support directly to victims of crime through information, advice, and referrals, as well as managing applications for victims' support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working in a trauma-informed way to address clients' holistic needs;
- Processing applications for victim's support with assistance when needed;
- Collaborating across Victims Services to ensure effective administration of the Victims Support Scheme and identifying opportunities to improve policies, procedures, and practices.
The successful candidate will receive a salary ranging from $70,694 to $76,857 per annum, including employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. This role offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will also have experience dealing with sensitive and confidential customer information.
