Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator
">This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned contract professional to assume responsibility for the management of head and subcontracts, preparation of subcontractor packages, and administration of project expenditure.

- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules">
- Progress claim assistance and external variations">
- Review, negotiation, and finalization of subcontracts">
- Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims">
- Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants">
- Administration of the project HSE system">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects">
- Aspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects">
- Industry-relevant degree qualification">
- Familiarity with Contract Law principles & construction-specific Acts, codes, and Regulations">
- Confident and collaborative communicator">
- Self-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions">
- Process and system appreciative">
