About the Role

As a Landscape Construction Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing our business by driving sales across one or all of our divisions landscaping, fencing, and concreting. You will:

  • Engage with residential and commercial clients to understand their project needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations.
  • Manage leads from initial contact through to signed contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
  • Liaise with our internal design, estimating, and construction teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with:

  • Sales Experience: Proven background in Business to Consumer or Business to Business sales, ideally within construction, trade, or landscaping sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of outdoor construction services such as landscaping, fencing, and concreting.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Organisation & Accountability: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow ups diligently.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience using quoting software or systems (e.g. Simpro) is a plus.
  • Drive & Initiative: Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
