Senior Contracts Administrator Job Opportunity

The role of Senior Contracts Administrator is a critical position within our organization, overseeing the administration and management of construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Review, negotiation, and finalization of subcontracts
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
  • Administration of the project HSE system

Requirements:

  • A senior-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects
  • An aspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects
  • Industry-relevant degree qualifications
  • Familiarity with Contract Law principles & construction-specific Acts, codes, and Regulations
  • Confident and collaborative communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions
  • Process and system appreciative
