About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our project management team. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance throughout the construction project lifecycle, including maintaining project documentation, collaborating with project managers, and preparing procurement reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Collaborate with project managers to obtain supplier quotes
  • Prepare and distribute monthly procurement reports
  • Manage sample submissions to clients
  • Update procurement registers with purchase and sample data
  • Keep hire plant registers current with purchase orders
  • Assist with project operation and maintenance manuals
  • Support employee mobilisation and logistics
  • Collate quality assurance documentation
  • Source competitive supplier quotes
  • Manage purchase orders
  • Collect maintenance dockets during defects liability periods
  • Provide general administrative support
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need previous experience in project administration or a similar field, along with skills in procurement and purchase order processes. Familiarity with project management software like Procore is a plus. Proficiency in MS suite and confidence in navigating various software applications are also essential.
